ESAB Weld G3Si1 welding wire is a new copper wire produced by ESAB
for welding non-alloy and low-alloy carbon-manganese structural steels
using the MAG method. Weld G3Si1 has a wider chemical composition than
our premium wires OK Autrod 12.51 and OK AristoRod 12.50, its welding
properties are close to the capabilities of these wires.
The typical use of this wire is in the manufacture of steel structure.
It is suitable for welding fillet and butt welds in all welding positions.
It can be welded both in an Ar / CO2 mixed gas atmosphere and in pure CO2. The wire is delivered on a copper-plated spool
K300 in classic ESAB cartons. The instructions for safe use of the product comply with the regulations
(EC) No 1907/2006, ISO 11014-1 and ANSI Z400.1
