The synergic inverter semi-automatic welding machine OMI 2550LS allows the parameters to be set manually or using synergy. The machine is equipped with a digital control board for setting all functions using buttons and displays the welding process on two separate displays. Functions can be set: pre-blow, trip / ramp current, electronic choke setting, burn-in / ramp-down current, afterblow, points, spot welding, 2T, 2T points, 2T pulses, 4T, 4T points, 4T pulses.
The design of the OMI welding machine guarantees high source reliability, excellent welding properties in a wide range of applications. All types of low-alloy and high-alloy steels as well as aluminum and its alloys can be welded using a suitable protective atmosphere.
Possibility of welding aluminum:
Aluminum can be welded by the MAG method only with AlMg5 wire with a diameter of 1.0 mm or 1.2 mm with a torch max. 3 m long equipped with a Teflon bowden cable, branded current tips designed for aluminum welding. The wire feeder must be fitted with a pulley with a U-profile. Welded aluminum parts must have a wall of min. 2 mm.Aluminum welding accessories tested by OMICRON- welding machines s.r.o. is delivered in a set or individually via OMICRON welding machine dealers.
